After her pregnancy, She signed Veere Di Wedding, directed by Shashanka Ghosh and co-produced by Rhea Kapoor, Ekta Kapoor, and Nikhil Dwivedi. Apart from Kareena, the film has other stars- Sonam Kapoor, Swara Bhaskar and Shikha Talsania in lead roles. She has reportedly completed shooting for the film.
